Allocate housing growth sustainably to meet current and future residents needs including at least 33% affordable housing. Preserve strategic gaps between parishes such as Diss and Roydon.
Engage residents in planning to ensure quality homes are built in the right areas benefitting the entire community.
A positive result in the referendum will also increase developer funding to parish councils by 66%, which will help us to enhance infrastructure.
