Reg 14 consultation period is now closed ... what happens next?
If you were one of the many people who took part in the recent Regulation 14 consultation that ran for eight weeks this summer, THANK YOU! There was, as expected, plenty of feedback on the proposals contained in the draft DDNP. Statutory consultees, which include local planning authorities, Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils, environmental bodies, utility providers plus local developers also contributed to the consultation. Work is underway now to review all the feedback and the DDNP has taken another step on the road to the Referendum planned for next year. If approved, it will then become a part of the suite of policies used to decide local planning applications for the next twenty years. You can read the current version of the Plan as it was consulted upon HERE.
